• Trial Periods: If applicable, free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before expiration.

The Platform, including all content (text, graphics, logos, videos, documents, code), is the property of Sip & Study or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

You may have the opportunity to post comments, feedback, or content (e.g., submitted corrections). By submitting such content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce it in connection with the Platform. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes the rights of others.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sip & Study shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

You may not use or export the Platform except as authorized by applicable law. You agree to comply with all laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from your country of residence.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the courts of Romania for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms.

If any part of these Terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sip & Study and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
